We are not a law firm

Ethoshield provides compliance advisory services, not legal advice. For matters requiring attorney-client privilege active government investigations, litigation risk, or formal legal opinions we will tell you clearly and refer you to appropriate legal counsel. Compliance advisory and legal counsel serve different functions, and we respect that distinction.

We are not a compliance software vendor

We don’t sell a platform and call it a compliance program. If technology tools would genuinely help your organization manage compliance processes, we’ll tell you which ones are worth the investment. But software doesn’t substitute for judgment, expertise, and leadership which is what Ethoshield provides.
