Meet Andrew, Founder & Chief Compliance Officer
Andrew brings a distinctive combination of formal compliance education and hands-on regulatory experience across multiple highly regulated industries. He holds a Master's degree in Ethics and Compliance Law with a specialization in healthcare compliance, and has spent his career building and overseeing compliance programs where the stakes of getting it wrong are high.
Prior to founding Ethoshield, Andrew served as a Compliance Officer with the City and County of Denver, where he managed regulatory oversight and compliance monitoring in a complex government environment. Before that, he spent four years in OSHA compliance, overseeing safety programs and regulatory adherence in a demanding, liability-sensitive industry.
That cross-sector foundation, spanning occupational safety, municipal government, and healthcare compliance, gives Andrew a practical, implementation-focused perspective that goes beyond theory. He understands how compliance programs actually function inside organizations under pressure, and he builds frameworks designed to hold up in the real world.
Meet Hope, Co-Founder & Director of Compliance Strategy
Hope holds a Master's degree in Ethics and Compliance Law and brings more than a decade of experience in risk management and regulatory oversight across complex, highly regulated industries. Her background in building and sustaining compliance and risk frameworks inside demanding operational environments gives Ethoshield a grounded, real-world perspective that shapes how the firm designs and delivers its services. As Co-Founder and Director of Compliance Strategy, Hope drives the firm's strategic methodology, service design, and risk framework development.
Ethoshield is based in Denver, Colorado, and primarily serves independent healthcare organizations along the Front Range.
